Permissions and Roles

Two capabilities are central to role management within this system: 'addinstance' and 'view'. The 'addinstance' capability is specifically allocated to teachers and managers, granting them the authority to add new instances. Meanwhile, the 'view' capability is more universally applied, providing every user the ability to access content. Importantly, the modal activation is contingent upon user interaction, explicitly triggering only for those enrolled learners who have not yet completed the predetermined trigger action. This targeted delivery ensures that resources are efficiently managed and that only relevant users engage with the content.

The component mod_sequence is integrated with a singular custom table, utilizing the File API for image management. It operates with a null privacy provider, indicating no user data retention beyond functional necessity. The integration of the Hooks API is pivotal, facilitating modular interaction across different components. The system logs viewed events, enhancing tracking and analytical potential. Additionally, AMD modules are employed, offering client-side functionality across browsers. A CLI repair script is included, providing maintainers with tools to rectify potential issues efficiently. These technical underpinnings ensure both the robustness and adaptability of the system, while also offering administrators tools to manage and troubleshoot effectively.
